What it does
One home for the pack’s paperwork
Every pack gets its own private space. Leaders see what their role needs: a den leader their den, a treasurer the money, the committee the whole pack.
Family registration
Families register online with siblings and both parents. Returning families get a link with their details filled in. Medical forms are tracked as received, never uploaded.
Dues without the chase
Each family gets a payment code for Venmo and Zelle notes. Statements and forwarded payment notices match payments to families, and the ledger never edits history.
Events and sign-ups
A pack calendar with feeds for phones, sign-up forms with times, spots and fees, and reminders before the event and before sign-ups close.
Messages to families
Send to the whole pack, a den or the families who signed up, with each family’s own payment details filled in.
Leaders and trainings
Positions, roles and the trainings and clearances the pack’s state requires, with an audit log of what leaders changed and two-step sign-in.

Priced for volunteer budgets
$20 a year
plus $1 a month for every 10 scouts (1 to 10 scouts is one block). Leaders, volunteers and prospective families never count. Every feature at every size, with a 30-day trial to start.

Privacy
How DenRunner handles family information
Packs collect details about children and their families. DenRunner keeps that to what a pack needs and keeps each pack’s information apart.
- Each pack’s data is its own. Packs own their data and information shared by families. It is deleted if your pack ever unsubscribes from the service.
- No medical documents. Pack leaders record only whether a family’s medical form was received. DenRunner does not accept or store the forms themselves.
- Families agree first. Registration shows the pack’s data-use terms, and the wording each family agreed to is kept with their registration.
- Email only for the pack. DenRunner emails people about their own account and their own pack’s activities. It does not buy lists, send advertising, or mail anyone outside a pack.
- No card numbers held. Venmo and Zelle payments are matched from email notifications and statements; DenRunner never receives credentials or connects to these services.
